Cauliflower, my little cauliflower that I see waiting in my fridge... What am I gonna do with you ? This gluten free version of cauliflower pizza is easy to bake, and a nice way of using the poor guy. And a tasty one !!
For one pizza - 2 people (or 1, we won't judge)
Prep time : 30 min
Cooking time : 30 min
100g of parmesan
2 spoon of Inpulse organic protein mix
1 egg (or 2 small ones)
olive oil, salt, pepper
Wash, dry and mix the cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 210 ° C
In a plant milk bag (can easily be found in organic stores, if not use a permanent coffee filter, or if you don't just skip this phase, the dough will be less crispy), pour the mixed cauliflower and squeeze to extract the juice
Arrange the cauliflower pressed on a baking sheet with a baking sheet on top and underneath. Bake for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the egg and add salt, pepper, Inpulse protein powder and precooked cauliflower.
Spread this cauliflower paste on the baking paper, and bake for 15 to 20 min. until the dough turns golden brown
While it's in the oven, prepare the zucchini in tagliatelle (peeled)
On the cauliflower-pizza, add the zucchini, Parmesan cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
FOR EXTRA YUM : you can add a little basil garlic pesto in base before disposing the zucchini
Grill in the oven a few min. until the cheese is grilled. Top with radish slices for extra yumness. ENJOY!
